Allison Roberge – Regional Manager; Southeast

Allison's career in working with the human capital industry began in Seville Spain in 1994 where she developed and marketed English for Business Professionals program to clients including employees of Coca Cola. Upon returning to the United States, she launched her career with a Business Development position for a Twin Cities branch of an International Staffing firm. After developing several multi-million dollar accounts in the Twin Cities, as well as developing ground breaking bilingual recruiting and retention processes, the company promoted and relocated her to the South Florida market in 1998. While working at the corporate office, she worked passionately to evaluate, implement and train the organization on their proprietary software system. She was also instrumental in developing a computer based training course for the software. She has extensive experience recruiting, managing and contributing at the corporate level which brings diversity to her business approach. Allison graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa; with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in both Political Science and Spanish. She is active in the South Florida CREW, and is currently a Secretary for the Board of Directors of the El Viento II Condo Association. Allison completed Gold Coast School of Real Estate's Salesperson course in July 2002. Having passed the Florida State Exam, she is a licensed FL Real Estate-Salesperson.
