Mary is a resident of Dallas with fifteen years of experience in management and the staffing industry. Her experience is an excellent foundation for our Dallas location. She worked with a regional staffing firm for seven years and achieved awards in revenue generation, profitability, and Branch of the Year. She then left to assist in establishing a family franchise business endeavor. She missed the pace and excitement of the staffing industry so joined an international staffing company to assist in the development of the Dallas market. She then opened a North Dallas branch location building the staff, client base, and name recognition, developing the branch to number one status nationally for twelve consecutive months. She sold and established three successful on-site staffing programs in the technical industry and light industrial market. She was then promoted to Area Manager for four branch locations and was successful in building on her reputation for value in the Dallas market. She is excited to join Faiola and Associates and continue bringing quality to the Dallas area with a commitment to partnering with the local real estate industry in meeting their business objectives in today's competitive marketplace.
