A Minnesota native with extensive management experience including building teams and providing talent solutions to meet company business objectives. Having secured the management position in a Minneapolis branch for a national staffing firm in 1994, she was introduced to the excitement of the staffing business. Since day one, motivated by pure ambition and the desire to achieve above and beyond expectations, she consistently excelled. Recognizing and rewarding a strong talent, the CEO promoted her to develop and manage their $55 million national onsite program. In this role, she supported the field by driving management, development and new business acquisition. Her efforts focused on building relationships with companies needing $1 million in staff outsourcing annually. Integrating her extensive experience and the need for new challenges, her next career step provided her the opportunity to work with key leadership in fortune 500 firms on performance improvement programs. Having sold and implemented a profitable multi-million dollar program for a telecommunications company based on the east coast, she was recruited by an international technical recruiting firm to open a new branch in the Twin Cities. She successfully recruited a 100% commission recruiting team to build revenues and establish a market presence in the Twin Cities. Having successfully met these objectives, her personal need for additional challenges guided her to begin searching for the next opportunity.

Having spent several months researching the economy, having discussions with key mentors and industry professionals and securing the necessary resources, she solidified her vision. She developed a plan, recruited and trained a strong management and support team and business was in motion. The idea to bring an unprecedented approach in finding the most qualified and professional talent for key clients in the real estate industry had begun. Faiola & Associates, Inc. opened their Minneapolis headquarters in December 2001 and Fort Lauderdale, Dallas markets in January 2002.
